Dewly AI, Inc., a Delaware corporation ("Dewly", "we", "us"), operates dewly.ai, an AI Duty Manager for short-term rental operators. Our service helps operators handle guest issues, coordinate cleaners and contractors, and stay in control of their operation through playbooks and approvals.

Data is encrypted in transit and integration credentials are never stored in plaintext. Each operator's operation is isolated: your guests, contacts, and numbers never cross accounts. Every action Dewly takes is logged, timestamped, and reviewable. SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 certification work is underway.

We retain data for as long as your account is active and as needed to comply with legal obligations. When you close your account, we delete or anonymize your data within a reasonable period, except where retention is legally required.

Dewly is a business tool and is not intended for use by anyone under 18. If we learn we have collected personal information from a minor as a user, we will delete it.
